  1. Yes, I am fairly new to the site as well. I check it about every other day. My biggest challenge is I see people loosing lots of weight really fast and I'm not. It's very confusing and frustrating at times. I'm trying to figure out how to get the max out of my band so that I can continue to loose weight. However, surgery has been my best diet aid!
  2. Good luck to you on your upcomming surgery. It is definitely a good thing, but it is a journey. I am 6 months out and my biggest obsticle is exercise. Just write if you have any questions about the surgery!
  3. Hello Everyone, I have been viewing the site for some time now and just decided to join. I was banded April, 2008 and have had 5 fills. However, I have only lost 45 pounds and feeling discouraged. I now this is a journey, so I'm trying to learn as much as I can so that I can have continued success. This site is has been a great help!
