    Hi everyone. I was banded on 12th July with Sallieanne. I went for my discharge with Dr Richardson on Friday and he was great.:thumbdown: I have lost 3 stone (all but 1llb) and feel great. Booked in for my first fill tomorrow back at Dolan Park. Have you had your first fill yet - how was it??? I've started dancing and cycling and hope the next couple of months is as successful - I want tohave lost more weight ready for the LBD at christmas...
