  3. I have two shakes a day, one cup of fruit, sugar free jello or ices, and one meal with lean protein, low starch veggies. I can have more low starch veggies another time.
  4. There are guidelines, and i met them. Consecutive surgeon apts and nutrition apts, tests, and medical need. I am having a band removed, a hernia fixed, and the sleeve procedure. 5. @melissa i am on a low fat high protein (definition-eat nothing) for two weeks. I am struggling and its only day 4.
  6. Hi all. I have a January date and staring my preop diet today. I’m not sure if the insurance approved yet, or if they will. How long did your insurance take?anybody have to postpone because of insurance?
