Congrats!! I’m 8 days out from surgery and the gas pain and nausea has definitely improved. Can’t wait to hear more about your results! I lost 11 lbs the first week

Really sore and it’s definitely a struggle. I can only take sips because if I take a bigger swallow, it hurts my stomach.

I had my surgery yesterday and got to go home the same day. I’m super sore today but not bad pain wise.

Good luck! I’m a week in and am miserable to be honest. I know it will be worth it though.

My diet is liquids all day, 90g of protein and one meal I can have a lean cuisine with 300 cals or less. I start it in 24 hours

Did you have complications or something that caused you to have to stay three days?

So my I’m having my surgery January 2 and at my preop visit the dr informed me she would be sending me home with only Tylenol and a muscle relaxer. I’m having the procedure outpatient and going home the same day. This makes me nervous. Did you get pain medication after your surgery?

Thanks for your input. I’m just so nervous about the hair loss. I do have semi thick hair now but it already sheds a lot. I just noticed it says it also helps prevent hair loss so it makes me wonder.

I was wondering if anyone has tried keranique for hair loss to help prevent or treat it? It says it’s fda proven to regrow hair…makes me wonder.

It is but it also makes me nervous. They gave me a choice between doing at this hospital outpatient or doing it at the bigger hospital and staying overnight but I would have had to wait until March so I chose outpatient.

Glad I’m not the one struggling with severe anxiety. 23 days out from and every day closet my anxiety gets worse.
