  1. My surgery was okay (i had minor complications), and my discomfort now is not too bad. I just can't help wondering if i did the right thing. I know i'll get over these incisions. I know all the clear liquids/full liquids/soft foods, blah, blah, blah, will pass. But today, as i sit here, it seems like everything has changed, and I don't know if i like it. I can't eat anything my kids are eating, everywhere we would go on a saturday isn't an option because i don't want to deal with the food issue. I know this strikes right at the heart of the reasons why i'm overweight--My relationship with food. But right now, its depressing. I know i'm whining but, Help! Any words of encouragement out there??
