I know that you should watch you calories. I got a fill and was hardly able to eat much and because of this I wasn't getting in more than 800 calories a day and if your body does not get more than that it stores fat thinking you are starving. What I have found to work for me is...remember the liquid days? Yeh, go back to liquid protein for 2 or 3 days then the weight starts jumping back off. Hope this helps you!! I am at an 87lb weight loss after 6 months.
I had my surgery 6 months ago and I have lost 86 pounds so far. I am excited about this but I have also been at the 86 pound weight loss for about a month. I know that doesn't seem like a long time but when you get used to seeing it come off at about 3-5 pounds a week and then nothing for a month...well, its discouraging. I have found that when I go back on liquids for a few days it starts to come off again but I am tired of the same old Unjury protein powder:confused_smile:. Anyone out there have any suggestions? I tried the Muscle Milk and I think it made me gain weight:sad:.
