  7. Get another hobby, seeing progress in other way like push up, pull up, or dip progression, build more muscle
  8. What is your doctor opinion? Do you on weight gain trend right now? Have you deal with dietitian and psychiatrist after first surgery?
  9. I'm impress about how much I'm peeing after I wake up from surgery to 3 weeks after surgery, I pee more than I drink, seems all carbs in my body is used first so I can lose a pound every 1-2 days which impossible using fat burning. After 3 weeks you will feel thirst and pee much less. You will have plateau in 3-10 days, don't be panic, your body need to restore water but not the carbs. So, I advice you to not doing any road trip for the first 3 weeks, except in vehicle that have toilet, Dr. Pilcher says more detail information on this

  15. Me too, mine at day 7-9, that time my anesthesia just fully metabolize in my body
  16. My experience with sleep pills: 1. melatonin, only use at weekend 2. ashwagandha, its great for sleep quality 3. Seroquel (prescription), increase appetite 4. Dayvigo (prescription), best sleep scheduler Thanks to my physiatrist to give me this
  17. I think you need non-eating another hobby while you waiting the result, for me it is calisthenic and sewing. My callisthenic skill go fast because my bodyweight is less. I like resizing my old clothes and measure every single part on my body, only resize one look every 2 weeks.

  20. I have similar case but at lower back, I got MRI and I have inflammation in facet joints, the doctor give me 8000 IU a day of vitamin D for 3 months and 15 pain killers pills (I take every 2 days in first month, and one a week in second month), my pain is gone since 3th month after surgery, l still have multiple prescription to buy painkillers, if one year pain is not gone, she suggest to retake MRI, since my pain is not comeback after my BMI below 33, so I stop take painkillers, but I will continue take 3000 IU vitamin D (basically once daily bariatric vitamin)
