I don't live in Alaska, but this website insisted I put in a state. As for me I've been heavy all my life and as time passes I just keep getting bigger and bigger. Now, I have my surgery set for 21 August 2009 and I'm excited to start the New Beginning of my life. I keep thinking of my future LapBand as the "internal hug" that I've been needing all my life. A tool to help me stop the cycle of over eating and and just eating constantly. I'm happily married to a wonderful husband and I have a fantastic 7 year old boy in my life as well. I'm blessed - no if I could just do all the things that I want to do, but can't because of the weight.
