  5. Does anyone have any pointers for where to get started? (I've been overweight most of my life. Very active but unable to control diet well. Ozempic didn't work. BMI of 34 so NHS won't help) I'm keen to look into surgical options in Europe but really don't know where to start and don't want to end up somewhere dodgy Thanks!
