I am so bored of drinking water, I'm fine in the morning I do some clear protein, and have a few different flavours. I usually finish that in the early afternoon, and then I start to struggle. I'll try some fruit juice and see if it gives me some more motivation with it.
I lost 12lbs the first 2 weeks and I've lost 2lbs each week for the last 3 weeks.
I only weigh myself once a week, as I'm afraid I'll become obsessed with weighing myself.
I'm delighted with my NSV, needing to wear a belt with my trousers, and having the towel completely cover me after my shower.
I'm in the same position, I've got two incisions that won't heal either. I'm four weeks post-op. Luckily I've no infection but the stinging and pain under the wound are unreal sometimes.
I'm down 32 lbs including pre-op diet.
Hi All
I hope you are all doing well.
I had my bypass on the 16th. I had a few complications after surgery and ended up staying a bit longer in the hospital than planned. Feel I'm doing ok since I'm home, but a bit anxious. My hospital only does a liquid diet on the day of surgery and they start the puree diet on day one post-op. I'm planning on starting my soft diet in the next day or two.
One thing I'm finding hard is trying to fit 3 meals, 2-3 snacks and required water into my waking day. I'm also really cold.
Anyone else having these issues.
