Thank you everyone. The issue was that I needed to be on a PC not an iPad.

I am new here and I’ve been devouring the forums. I am one week post ESG. I am down 16 lbs. I notice a lot of you have cute pictures on your signature showing your weight loss journey. Where do you get those?

No matter how discouraging this is know that it will pass. Mine lasted 2 weeks. I just kept on doing the deal and it eventually passed with a 2.5 pass.

I just did my 1 month PO weigh in. I am down 24 lbs and 6.5 inches.

I had this long stall as well. Just keep doing the plan and just broke through with a 2lb loss.
