    Hi All I am to be banned on September 24th. I work at the hospital that I am being banned at and see the results of obesity and diabetes that is out of control. So if it takes me along time or what ever at least I will have a better chance of not ending up a helpless person who is not able to take care of themselves.

    Oh I feel your pain!!! My doc allows 1200 cal and I have a tough time with that I am due to be banded on Sept 24th as well. I try to go to bed early and sleep through my hunger. My doc also said I could eat fiber tablets. I coant' exercise on these calories as well
