  1. Thanks for this. I'm going to try it.
  2. Wonderful!!!! I cannot believe it's been six days since my surgery! I'm doing well, just sore but that is to be expected. I go for my follow up visit on Friday. I've lost ten pounds. I hope that is a good start. I've got to figure out how to use the ticker. I would like to see it on paper! Congratulations again!!!!
  3. I started my journey in September, 2008, and was preapproved in January. I then was denied and appealed. I finally had my surgery last Thursday 16th. I am new to this too. My surgeon was Dr. Moran in Raleigh.

I have been approved by my insurance company. I have had my first consultation. My cardiologist appointment is scheduled as well as the nutritionist and mental health evaluation. I have my form for my blood work too. I am just waiting for the new year so that I can have my surgery. My insurance company will not pay for it until the year 2009. January 1 seems so long away. It's so hard to keep this quiet until I can tell everyone at work what I am doing. I need my date for the surgery before I can let everyone know. It's so hard.
