    Hey all, been lurking here for a while now and am now playing the waiting game with UHC. My request was submitted on 9/11 and I'm just curious as to how long it has actually taken you guys to get a response. I know they have up to 45 days, but I was just curious as to what the reality of the timetable is. Thanks! BD
