kendajones got a reaction from Ana Eats in October buddy’sMy post-surgery pain has been quite minimal. A little pain on my right side, especially when I need to use those abs. And the rear roof of my mouth feels really badly bruised from the intubation I guess -- I've never had that before after surgery so it is not likely to be related to WLS, just my particular experience this tie. I'm basically able to do most of what I did before, but already with less pain. 3 days out, 5 pounds down from surgery weight.

kendajones reacted to Arendiva in October buddy’sYay! I'm so glad that there is a group for October sleevers. I'm sister did the gastric sleeve surgery 3 years ago and she speaks very highly of having a month group to chat and process with. My surgery date is October 20th.

kendajones got a reaction from New To This23 in October buddy’sJust had my sleeve done yesterday, 10/9! I feel pretty good. Doc let me go home same day, so no hospital overnight. I felt much better at home than I did in the hospital. Am feeling pretty good. Had 4 ounces of protein shake this morning, have been sipping a lot of water. My mouth has been so so dry.
