Hi i wish i could feel different i am still big 15st 7lb but have lost 18lbs i fill like i will always think like a fat girl i have gone down 1 dress size but still look at my old size 24 cant bring myself to look or buy anything in smaller sizes my hubby wants me to buy something 2 or 3 sizes to small and work towards it. sounds a good idea but dont know if i will get there sounds like your doing great well done Tracy

I had surgery 26th April and feel the same, i am just being carefull not to have a high calorie intake and filling up on fruit but it is hard I NEED A FILL due for that 17th june. it feels like i am wating for my surgery date all over again

well done swillimans2312 sounds like your doing GREAT I had my band done 26th April so its been nearly 3 weeks i have lost 16lbs i am eating a lot more healther than i have ever done which is great, i dont wana sound thick but pls can you tell me if there is a certain amount of carb, sugar, protein, ect, that i should try to have daily.I am due to have a fill 17th June Thank you for your help Tracy

hi Eflicka i am also being banded on that date i am from London England but having my band done in bruges by dr bruno Dillemans I am 38 have 3 children and a VERY WORRIED HUSBAND he thinks im gonna pop me clogs on the table. have you got any tips how have you perpared for this ect have you got to go on a special diet befor the op (i havent been told to as yet) pls keep in touch would be nice to go through this with somebody else good luck take care tracylou
