  1. Hi, i'm almost 3 month out, got my Bypass on 1. September 2023, i Had a lot of problems, and a lot of ER Visits, it seems like the Exit of my Pouch narrowed down so much that i couldn't even Drink anymore, they Stretchted it to 1,2cm's the "normal" size should be 3cm, they Already told me i need a Second Surgery and one of my surgeons said that maybe the Doctor who did that did it on purpose so i would "lose weight better!" with a giggle, What an A-Hole. I'm kinda off all things i've read on that Topic, i can't eat any kind of meat or Cheese, it would not sit well and i will Vomit a lot. I Live after 3 Month, Out of Protein Yoghurts and Pudding. I can tolerate Crisp Bread, but again can't do something on it very much, i'm Kinda at a loss Right now, But i Lost in that 3 month's around 40Kilogramms. but i feel pretty bad in General, since i feel like "i will never be able to eat even the Portion sizes i should with bypass".
  2. did i get better after you hate your second surgery?, i feel kinda stuck but after all i'm only 3 month out, it's sad that i don't even tolerate stuff like Tofu, in My Programm you aren't allowed to drink 30 mins before and 30 mins after a Meal, but for me its like i have to wait 2 to 3 hours after a meal to drink so i often have to make the decision between drinking or eating and it is super annoying.
  3. hey thank you for your Answer, yes it's a Stricture, but The doc told me already it is so narrow that they can't stretch it to "normal" levels so they adviced me to get a second surgery. I really hope in a year or two i can eat at least something like Tofu or other "textured" Food.

  5. sorry for the late answer, Went to the ER and as it looks my Pathway is to narrow to handle anything besides liquid food 😕 . Thank you for your Answers, i hope in a few years out i will be able to be a "light eater" as well. currently its just harsh and a lot of pain.
  6. Hello! This is my first post on this Forum about that and maybe you can give me some insight. i'm 3 weeks post op from Germany and i have a RNY-Bypass i'm okay so far no pain enough fluid struggle with food which is normal this early i guess. the Question i really have, i use to watch a lot of youtubers for meal plans and "how my future could look" and most of them just say "i did have a bypass" but not specifically which one, i once heard that the RNY bypass will always have way smaller portions than the Omega-sleeve and i'd like to ask if thats True and i'm also very Intrested to hear how your Portionsizes are after lets say, 3 year Post op. thanks and have a great day
  7. so the "portion sizes" will be larger eight years out?, like i say i'm out for 3 weeks and even 50 gramms of food is to much for me
