  1. I am in need of some help. I'll be 2 weeks pre op and I was so hungry yesterday and today, so I ate t small pieces of fried fish and my stomach started cramping bad. I won't do that again but I have been so hungry, I think I am going to get some heartier soups. Can somebody give me some feed back quick.
  2. I was also banded on 9-8 and I feel the same way. I usually eat dannon yogurt for breakfast or cream of wheat, soup for lunch and dinner and in between meals I drink my protein shakes. I know if I don't drink my shakes I'll be starving.
  3. What kind of meals do you eat and do you work out a lot
  4. Hey I just got banded on 09-09-08 and my doctor had me on straight broth for 3 days, so you know my stomach was growling like crazy. My left side has been aching a lot, but mostly when its time to go to bed. My doctor gave me a wedge to sleep on and I didn't use it until that next night and I put a pillow on top of it and I slept like a baby. I also sleep with a pillow between my legs. I must admitt that the first 3 days was hard, today I ate about 4 tsp of cream of wheat and I feel really good this morning and full.
