It has taken a lot of work! But worth it. At least this way I am working hard and seeing results. Exercise is huge - also, don't forget to take your measurements - when you hit a plateau (which you will) don't forget to check your measurements - majority of the time you are still losing inches. I have kept track of mine and it is neat to see how far I've come! Best of luck to you!

Hi Hillary! I am trying to meet more bandsters my age (I'm 25) and close to me! I live in Lewisville, TX and I was going to support groups, but I didn't have anything in common with most of the women there (over 40, married and/or with children and grandchildren) I would love to meet up with other bandsters my age for happy hour, movie night, just fun social activities where we have more in common than just our band!
