    Hello guys, I'm from Spartanburg South Carolina. I'm new to this website and looking into getting this procedure done. Is there a weight requirement. Do anyone have any good doctors advice to give. Did anyone use BCBS-sc if so did they pay, or give you have a hard. If they paid at what percent. THanks All for your advice.
