  4. I had gastric bypass on 8/3/23 and I am down 60lbs! I feel absolutely incredible. But I do agree with a few of you that it’s SO hard to get protein and water in a day. It always seems to be one or the other. But I am just truckin along trying to get it all in everyday and I started exercising regularly as well. My kids couldn’t be more proud of their momma and that alone makes all this so worth it!!!
