  1. Right, it makes sense but not sure if its necessary. I think I am going to try and not color and just see how it goes. I am so sorry to hear about getting so sick, hoping you are doing great now! ❤️
  2. So I've read that to reduce irritation, hair will be fragile. I've read you should avoid heat styling, bleaching and comb gently. So I wanted to see others experiences
  3. Surgery date is October 11th! WooHoo! I know about hair loss after surgery. Thoughts and/or experience on coloring your hair after surgery, I've heard some people wait 6 months, some a year, some never stop.
  4. Thank you! I feel a less stressed after readying your reply. You are right, this is why I am seeking help, I haven't been able to do it on my own. I had a few sessions with a nutritionist, and have made changes to my diet. This processing has really opened my eyes to my eating habits, and portion control is an issue. Also I've realized that I binge eating. These are habits that I've been working on. Hoping the surgeon sees that I'm trying!
  5. Did you have to lose weight and then do a liquid diet before?!
  6. Off and on. I have tracked some on an app, but not ever day. It’s been a struggle, lose 5 gain 7, lose 3 gain 5. Yo-yo.
  7. I am meeting with my surgeon in a week to hopefully talk about a surgery date. The surgeon wanted me to lose 10-15 pound prior to this appointment, and I haven't been able to! I have major anxiety about this and am worried he will choose to not move forward. Has anyone gone through something similar?
