  1. Hi everyone. I had the Lap Band surgery done on July 16th. I lost 11lbs before the surgery and I 6lbs the first time I went for my appt. I lost 8lbs the next visit. So as of 3wks ago I lost 25lbs. I had to stop into the Dr.'s office to take care of some business and I weighed myself. I gained 2lbs. It was the end of the day. I am having alot of anxiety after I eat. I notice that I can eat more now. I can eat normal portions of food (ex: a whole sandwich). I am going for my first fill tommorrow and I am told that the amount of food I will be able to eat will be less. I see how addictive I am with food. That feeling I had in the beginning is gone. Has anyone felt these feelings?
