  1. Dont give up this is the best thing I have everdone for myself and it will work for you give yourself time and dont push too hard. Everyone is different and it was like that for me at first I was tired and shakey but that goes away . Hope you feel better . Praying is the answer .

  4. I have had this also and I have been banded for 3 mo now I think mine is eating to large of bites and too fast maybe the wrong food too . Hope you feel better . Krissy:thumbup:
