    I had my VSG on Wednesday morning, spent one night in the hospital and then was discharged Thursday in the AM. I'm doing ok, having moments of nausea, cramping and foaming in the mouth like my saliva glands suddenly kicked into overdrive. I'm doing well with getting water in and started with full liquids today. As many suggested, walking around has helped with gas pains and cramping. I'm hanging in there.

    I have a vertical sleeve gastrectomy in 10 hours and 30 minutes! Not sure if there is anyway i am going to fall asleep now. Wish me luck.
