Breath Hun... All these feelings you're in battle with right now, are normal.
I've battled my weight pretty much most of my life as well and I'm 57.
It's not like you won't be able to eat things you love again. Sure it's going to be awhile... And our stages of recovery will feel slow.. But... Hang in there.
One day at a time. One step at a time. One success at a time.
Being healthy is key. Obese people loose out on so much life.
Weigh out the good and the bad... And decide for yourself who you are doing this for and why you're doing it. What your goals are.
Feeling great... Having energy... Living longer... Avoiding illnesses and diseases like cancer.. And perhaps setting examples for others... Your children( if you have).
You've come this far for a reason... And you've worked so hard!!!
I have faith in you??

I have my surgery on Aug 3rd! Started my liquid diet already. Excited and hoping this isn't something I regret down the road but to embrace it and give myself a chance to be happy and healthy.
