  6. Hi my name is jo, and i'm awaiting my op at the end of oct 08 in brussels. In 1998 I was diagnosed with Crohns Disease and at the time was very poorly, but fortunately I have not had any symptoms since and have not taken any medication for a number of years and feel well. This morning I was reading a leaflet about gastric bands and it specifically stated that anyone with Crohns should not be fiited with a band. I have informed the clinic about my condition and they say its ok but i,m nervous now instead of being very excited. what should I do? :rolleyes2:
