  1. Hello, I was banded two years ago. I have only lost 65lbs. I guess I thought two years after banded I would be skinny. No regrets, I'm glad to be down 65lbs. I couldn't have done it without the band. I have to put forth more effort on my part. It's not going to magically fall off. I thought getting banded was the easy way out, no more yo yo diets and the pounds would come off by themselves. Well it's taken two years to lose 65lbs so I know I'm going to have to get with the program and start exercising regulary if I want to lose more because I haven't lost much in the last year. My problem is I don't get hungry at all during the day, my first meal is usually dinner, then all the late night snacking. Although the amount of food I can eat isn't much, it's the time of day and what I'm eating. I was hoping to find some support on this site. You know, like someone to call or write to when you feel like eating at night when you shouldn't be, someone to tell you to find something else to do and not to pick up that fork. I don't know about everyone else but I still eat because I'm bored or just because I like to, not because I'm hungry. Well, I'm looking forward to meeting some people on here. Drop me a line
