  1. I'm sure you made the right decision. I wish you all the best. I also had my surgery on June 5th. I've only lost 11 lbs so far. I need to start walking. I have a hard time getting going because I have neuropathy down my whole right leg into my foot. I know that if I start walking I'll loose more weight.
  2. Hello my fellow Gastric buddies. I'm 3 weeks out from my surgery. I was told not to consume alcohol for a full year. In my nurses education class we were told that the chances of becoming an alcoholic after surgery has become a true fact. I usually have 1 drink in a year,so I'm going to just stay completely away from alcohol like I usually do.
