  2. I bought soup from Panera and puréed it. I made sure to strain it, but it worked fine. Highly recommend the tomato soup.

  4. The tiredness gets better. Today was the first today that I didn’t take a nap. I feel you on not losing like the others. It’s disheartening and I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong. Just keep crossing my fingers that I’ll have my successes like all of the other people.

  7. I’m also 6 days post-op and have only lost 5 pounds. I’m trying not to be discouraged, but I won’t lie and say that I’m not. I just try and stay focused and make sure that I’m healing properly and following the goals. Everything else will come I had my first BM on day 4 and that’s because I drank a bit of apple juice. Definitely take some Metamucil or ducolax if there’s nothing by tonight. You don’t want to wait too long.
  8. I am so fatigued. All I want to do is sleep, but that has been a struggle. I purchased an angled pillow and I’m hoping that helps. @CarolineLittle I’m having the same issue with the broth and jelly. I’ve honestly stopped those 2 due to just the thought making me nauseated. I’ve been trying different protein shakes and that’s somewhat helping, but I’m definitely getting burnt out.
  9. Hi everyone! Just found this board, but I had my surgery on 16 May. So far, so good, but not feeling at all hungry. It’s been challenging to get in all of the required liquids. Good to luck to all of the upcoming surgeries!
