  1. Does anyone else have anxiety when they eat? Sometimes I eat too fast and I’m always worried that I’m going to stretch my sleeve. I know it’s probably not realistic.
  2. I’m three weeks post op today and was able to start soft foods. It look me like an hour to eat 2oz. Idk what is wrong with me lol
  3. I am getting so frustrated. I’m having a hard time meeting my daily protein and water goals ☹️
  4. I had my vsg surgery yesterday morning and was required to stay at the hospital at least one night. I was discharged today are 4pm. My hospital stay we well. I had around 5 bags of IV fluid and also round a of IV Tylenol and also blood thinner shots. The worst pain was from the gas they filled me with. My hospital had Isopure drinks, the blue raspberry is amazing. I’m just hopeful my recovery at home goes smoothly.
  5. Hello everyone! I’m Caitlin and I’m new to the group. My VSG surgery is scheduled for May 18th. I am starting my 2 week pre-op diet tomorrow.
