That happens to me too like you said it's not a full-blown heartburn but is a tiny bit and I still have my baby heartburn medicine so I take that

I do, it's for everything, water, eating and smelling of cologne is the worst I get nauseated quite a bit.

I'm on those, they just turn your pee a bright yellow lol

It's happening to me too I mean I've been walking three to four miles daily I'm eating drinking and doing everything that I'm supposed to do and it's the same thing I am sitting still but the doctor is like well you're losing interest I understand that but I want to lose weight as well that's the only reason why I went through this traumatic experience Congratulations!!!!@@

Hey spoke with the doc, I was told that this stage is normal, even though it's not showing up on the scale but its showing on the body in inches. Plus he also said that the body is still trying to figure out what is going on. Continue to drink liquids and eating that protein I'm good and to stop worrying

I most definitely will let you know I go to see my surgeon tomorrow, I requested because I'm moving I need to ask him about me not losing and do I need to eat more in order to lose I'm just confused

Yeah that's me anything thicker than water makes my stomach gurgle it's so weird I thought because I was eating too fast so I'm trying to introduce small things but I haven't had any beef products yet since that's supposed to be more harder to digest I don't know I'm still at a standstill with the weight and it's irritating me Sounds delicious I'm still with my broccoli cheddar soup I mean the veggies in there are so dang soft you can just smash them with your tongue and it's pretty delicious with the protein I'm still trying to graduate to all of this extra stuff it just feels so weird going down if it's not Blended and I'm a month out already minus a couple days

That was me as well I ended up using the Ensure Protein max and that worked for me

That's how I was I had to change to a different protein shake because I could no longer drink what I was drinking before the surgery, it was giving me gas so bad, I ended up using Ensure protein max that worked better. Just dont give up promise it will get better

Wowwww that is a lot of pills, I use the one and done and the 3 calcium citrate a day, I'm not good with taking a million pills day
