My son said the same thing, he also said I was focusing on the wrong thing as far as the weight loss is concerned

Good morning the best thing to do is ask a professional if I hurt I wouldn't wait until it's an emergency, better safe than sorry I lost 13 pounds with in the first 11 days now my body is just like I know I haven't gotten there to be stopping now. I just need to focus on my liquids in which I'm still having a hard time keeping up with before it was no problem getting in 64 ounces daily now it's horrible.

Ohh ok I was a 6 days later ok I can't wait to eat regular meat like a burger, I'm eating the salmon and chicken in the can that is real good

Ok I see you, how far out are you that you can eat a burger?

I've got both of you beat Try 64 and my sister is 68 now that's older but guess what, at least we're doing something about it and giving our bodies a chance to live

I totally agree. I did the same thing I was so hungry and I was only 4 days out I went to the Chinese restaurant and ordered me some egg drop soup and that gave me life, I was able to chew the very soft eggs as well as sip the broth. Nothing taste the same, I started before my doc put me on it. And I'm doing better and still losing weight. I'm eating canned salmon and canned chicken with light mayo what a big difference it makes. The only have issues in getting the 56 ounces of liquid down I get up by 6 am to start drinking any liquid and finish by 11 pm its so hard because sugar free stuff do not taste good to me anymore.

All drinks I'm having issues with I think because it's sugar free, they just have a weird taste to me.

For the first time in my life, I'm having issues in drinking 56 ounces of water it took me until 1130 at night to get that much its so hard and I'm a water drinker

Yeah that's what I'm going to do from here on out is stay off of the scale I know it is a process it's going to take up to a year to even get to my goal weight but close to that but I know I don't have that much to lose but it's still hard but I don't want to be on the scale thinking oh I only lost a pound today or yesterday so yeah it's best to stay off I was just happy when I went to the doctor and he was like oh you lost 12 lbs

Ohhh ok, I'm sorry I guess every Doctor was different I don't have staples or stitches, mines were closed up with that glue looking stuff. It actually look like my skin was slightly folded over and glued mines is just weird

Used staples where on the outside? Mines have some like glue I was told to use fingernail polish remover to get it off lol

So glad you hear from you and all went well. That gas is a mother praying that it eases up

My surgery was 06/13, my starting weight was 211 and I'm 198 and I'm on stage 3 with vitamins, calcium and soft scrambled eggs and stuff

Again that's me I thought it was me my mouth has a nasty taste I be wanting to put gum in my mouth to keep it fresh and it's dry as cotten

I still have it and I'm day 10 I was just saying that I'll be glad when that hunger feeling go away and the gurgling it's weird. Everytime I eat something cold I feel it all the way down. Warm stuff don't feel weird

I am only 9 days out from surgery and my doctor said I look amazing I've lost 12 lbs in 9 days and he started me on soft foods vitamins and calcium so excited I couldn't wait to start eating I'm so happy that you are home doing a lot better.

I'm just waiting on the go ahead from my doc, I feel like I'm ready.
