I feel you on anxiety part! Mine is up coming the 24th. Monday I start my Pre-Op liquid diet.

My clinic is allowing me to have protein shakes up until the day before. Just so you stay on track, I would reach out to your medical team and ask.

Good Day to everyone! Hope everyone is feeling well. I have a question for those of you who have already had their surgery…what words of wisdom do you have for those of us who have upcoming surgery?

Hi! My surgery is July 24 and I’m so anxious every time I think about it I feel like my heart is going to pounce out of my chest. My pre op appointment is July 12. I’m a transplant (from Ohio) to the Nashville TN area. Look forward to connecting and learning. Happy 4th!
