  1. I will have to agree with all of you exerise is great. I walk three times a week, take line dance class 2 times a week, ride my bike 2 times a week and work out on the wii fit 3 times a week. Since the weight loss the energy level has increase 100%.
  2. I'm in also. I will commit to 12 lbs. It has been slow going also but we can do it. current 222 goal 210:thumbup:
  3. hi all i was banded on Aug 29th. All is well so far. Some pain but once you realize what needs to be done and do it, it gets easier. I just found this site this morning and it is great very informative. It is easier to have somewhere to find answers to some the questions you have than getting in contact with doctor. Since I am a newbie to all of this when you feel something out of the ordinary you can look here and see if anyone else has experenced the samething or not. :thumbup:
