    How are you doing so far? I am not heavy enough--YET-- to get the surgery. I am about 60lbs over weight and cannot loose it! Did you have health problems from being over weight? I love the idea but the surgery parts kinda scares me. Trying to gather info.

    Hi- I haven't had the band surgery...yet. But I did have a mild form of seasonal affective disorder since I was a teen and now I am almost 40. I started taking VitaminD two years ago and it has made a huge difference! Talk to your dr. about how much would be good for you. The try it. Good luck. Great weight loss success!
