  1. I had my first fill last Monday and was on liquids for the whole day then mushies the next and finally on the third was told I could eat regular. I felt like I was starving and yes I could have ate more than I should. I don't know if it was the sudden change to liquids and mushies again or what. It has since been better but I don't really have any restriction as of yet, so hopefully the next fill will be better.
  2. I just got my lapband a little over a week ago and thought that it would be nice to find a support group so here I am. I am so excited about the journey that I am taking and I thank everyone in advance for all your help to this newbie.
