Ahhh...Diet coke. It's my biggest addiction. I will miss it more than any food. We only have ten days to go!! Today is my last appointment with my surgeon's office before surgery, then I work every day up until surgery day. It's gonna go fast!

I'm just north of Dallas in Frisco, TX. This is day four of the pre-op diet and it hasn't gotten easier yet but maybe tomorrow will be better. How are y'all doing with it?

Where are y'all located? I had my pre-op testing this morning and the radiologist said I had a small hiatal hernia, but it shouldn't be a problem. They may also take my gallbladder out while they're in there. SOO, yeah I'm nervous. But excited too. Are you on a liver-shrinking diet?

ME TOO!!! Kinda not looking forward to starting my pre-op diet tomorrow, but ready to get going. Good Luck, everyone.

This is my first post after lurking for about a week. I'm an RN at Baylor Frisco, and have been working through the hoops for about 7 months with Cigna. My surgeon is Dr. Cribbins and my paperwork is faxing tomorrow morning. Please wish me good luck! I've enjoyed the board so far - it's giving me the "low-down" that I may not hear otherwise.
