  1. I also experienced a two week stall right after surgery. It’s heartbreaking, I had many doubts, I constantly wonder if I was doing something wrong. Mostly I was concerned about experiencing constipation pre op I was always regular but now I was having a movement every 3 days. That was hard and concerning for me. I tried taking more fiber in any way possible. Finally at the start of my fourth week post op things were moving along easier. Once that happen I started to see my weight move as well. I’m a little more relief now I do focus on my water, fiber, protein and getting more steps in. That seems to have help with my two issues. I am not losing weight not as fast as others but I’m ok, just trying to focus on the process.
