Hi Y'all... Just wanted to ck in, late nite, Youth Group here and picking up hubby, and we did a dinner date! Soooo, no problem Tina, we will plan if possible for another time! However, C & Jes, it looks like we may have another vehicle for the day, I would still reallllly like to come for the Pre-op, want to make sure I can come in, since Jes you have your daughter, Candra, can I come in with you? Hiya Lovely Ladies! Ok, so did (6) month labs today...10 vials, but it went quick, and the woman who stuck me was sharp..literally, I did NOT even feel a pinch! So we will see what they say! Ditto, to what Candra said to our city/county workers Tina, Heather, Riley...however we can be of help, if even just our ears/shoulders! As she said, I have no idea how you all do it, but we are hopin for the best for each of you! APRIL - so glad you made the appt, if I could, I'd go with! BUT, just fyi, Bay Bridge is supposedly closed this weekend for maintenance. Welcome wantshealth! So glad you have joined the thread, you will get use to how to post in no time! I am roseyyyd1, was banded in Dec at SSF Kaiser. Most ladies here have been banded, are being banded (go Candra, go Jes) and are in prep to be banded at Richmond. They will give you great tips for your orientation, but 1 thing for sure, dont try to lose any before then, that is the weight they will look at starting from, where you will drop for pre-op weight. Riley (Jane) is from Santa Rosa, a few ladies around Vallejo, and several more around Sacramento. We do try to meet up for lunch, along with a Kaiser support group, at Richmond, I believe is on a Wed (they will details) and Sac, every 4th Sat off Arden Bus 80, next one being Sept. 26th. We wish you the best, and dont be shy with any questions, this is the best support group, these ladies are incredible! Good Mon Morn sweet Lovely Ladies! Saturday was a blast, my fav part...lunch with our ladies, and me hubby with us! It is like connecting up 2 worlds, he enjoyed getting to meet each one of you! Speaking of Saturday...I hardly call removing the dress clothes to show the workout clothes...(surprise!) behind the podium a strip tease...and thank u for not singing, lol. Again I am a visual learner, doing the hat think is a fav demo of mine, cause it is soooo true! I could not really do the teaching at group, with out my SOS there! Hey Ladies, good job on the fills! Tamra asked last page what Fit Flops are...where did you ladies find yours? I have ones that look just like them, and they really do work the legs as well as look nice.. found em at a random stop at Kmart, 1/2 off so thought I would try em! Wore them all day at Six Flags, lil blister tho. They are comfy, they are called Therapeutic Footwear? ? Have a good nites rest, ladies!

Glad to hear the fills went so well! Candi?! Where are you...we miss you, I know a lot of work...but how doing? Candra, I can identify, cause there was no one around here, that I could identify with, you & Jes are gems for each other! There are the monthly threads here on LBTalk, u might find someone on there as the same day also. (But dont spend all your time over there, lol, we need ya's here!) I did meet a couple of banders with the same date as me. Okay, working on the sat group...you ladies ALWAYS give me ideas...and material! I need you all Band O' SOS! BUT... so the tattoo wouldn't hurt as much with more 'cushion'? Does it scrunch up or look different after cushion is lost? Curious?
