  1. I’ve always been sensitive to artificial sweeteners (at least the taste of them), and some more than others. It seems now after surgery, it’s even more sensitive. I had some yogurt yesterday and left a weird aftertaste that wouldn’t go away for about an hour.
  2. Anyone have issues with Premier Protein Shakes? I’m 1 week post-op and starting on Friday last week, I started having issues with them. When drinking them it would make my stomach upset, give me a weird film in my mouth that would leave a weird aftertaste and I couldn’t get rid of. Even brushing my teeth it would stay. Because I couldn’t stomach it, I switched to a plant based powder and use fairlife fat-free and so far I’ve been fine. I have had lactose issues in the past, so wondering if this may be that or if others have experienced something similar.
