  1. hi just wanted to know if any asian ladies or gentlemen here so i can talk to them about food and as we asians have diferent kinds of food which food is best and wehich food is not
  2. hi every one i had my surgery in december 2007 since then i have not lost a single pound i only lost 10 kg pre op after that i not lost any thing i have got three fills but some times i feel food going down does this mean that i am near restriction if i have my 4 th fill wiche is due on wednesday the 3rd i am very disaponted in my self so far as i am gaining weight not losing at each visit i dont know what to do some times i feel that i have gone thru the operation for nothing but i hope i hope that i will get there on my 4th fill very frustrated :tt2::biggrin::mad:
