I have a quick question. If I order some bariatric vitamins that are for helping to stop hair loss will this effect my bariatric multivitamin? Like will I get too much of certain vitamins? Also has anyone tried these and did they help or not? I am losing tons of hair after 3 and a half months out from surgery, it’s scaring me I need some advice!

So it’s been a little over 3 months since my surgery. I haven’t lost any weight for the last two weeks. I actually think I gained a lb or two! ( if my scale is accurate lol). Despite efforts of trying to exercise more. Walking up to 4 miles a day plus riding stationary bike 20 minutes most days! Also been cutting back and only eating 500 to 650 calories a day. What is going on?!?!?

I’m losing quite a bit of hair and I’m 10 weeks post op. Has anybody here gotten extensions to help with hair volume? How did it work out?

Hello, I unfortunately broke my 9th rib on the left side Saturday night. I went to the emergency room and made sure that they checked my stomach. Everything was ok there. But I was wondering if anyone else has broken any bones post op? Tomorrow will be 10 weeks postop for me. And did this have any negative impact on your progress? Thanks

Hello, I am 2 months post op and have been getting dizzy and not being able to see for a few seconds when I stand up too fast! Anybody else get this? And know what is causing it?

Hi this might be a dumb question. But here we go lol. So I’m almost 9 weeks post op and started to take the capsule multivitamin instead of chewables. On the bottle it says take with food. Well I will need to swallow it with water though. And since you can’t eat or drink within half hour how does that work? Thanks
