  1. Hi how everyone is doing? Mine was done 9th February, just starting my week 4. I had my first follow up, some of my meds were changed but so far they found I am recovering ok. How about you?
  2. Good luck! I had surgery 2 weeks ago and everything is going well. :)))) ... Stay positive and have a supportive person the first days after surgery. It is too much new information to handle. Medicines, meals, activity (walking).
  3. Tuna salad also, chicken salad. I am allowed mayo low fat…
  4. I had my surgery the same day. I hope yours went well. I am changing to pureed foods tomorrow. Feeling ok.

  6. Hi, I am a newbie, I found the forums looking for information about caffeine and other substances to avoid before surgery and I felt instantly I got to the right place. My surgery is in 2 weeks 9th February. Any suggestions would be welcome? Also I would like to update my surgery profile but I cannot find how to do it. Thanks.
