Vin got a reaction from LeCiel in January 2023 Surgery Buddies!Hello everyone my Gastric sleeve surgery was January 19th. I was super nervous and anxious. Dealing with slight soreness and some surgical pain. I'm @ the 30g of protein range and roughly 50L of fluids. This two week phase is going to be tough. I'm glad to see that there's a place where we can look for support when needed.
