  1. The Wii Fit is great for those of you that don't like going to the gym. The boxing is a great workout and you feel it the next day. I highly recommend getting one, just think however much money you would spend on a trainer for a year and might not use you can spend on the Wii. I do recommend that you do it with a partner, it makes it more fun and competitive and keeps you motivated.
  2. Hello - I was banded on Friday and I am headed into Stage 2 adding protein and cream soups tomorrow. Can I add peanut butter into my protein shakes during this stage? I mix everything up in my bullet. If someone could let me know that would be great, would love to add a little flavor to the mix.
