    Hello!!! I am 4 weeks out today. Things have been pretty good so far. Bending to pick things up sometimes is a challenge still. Last night, I started up water aerobics it was tough, but it was good to start something. Food has gone good for the most part. I just need to slow down and be mindful. How's your journey going????

    Wanted to see if anyone else is 6 weeks post op. I had my sleeve done 12/5/2022. Checking to see how they are getting along and howthere experience is going.
