  4. Milk of magnesium is a life saver and worked within 5 hours. Saved my life! Now I eat the 60 cal activia daily and no issue
  5. I have had the same issue and after all the struggles the milk of magnesia was gentle and gave me relief. It wasn’t that I couldn’t go, it just wasn’t coming out that way. It was like trying to poop out a rock! The milk of magnesia worked over night. One blow and it was back to a normal flow :)

  8. I meant, don’t try to force it down in 15 min. I had to sip on mine for about an hour at first.
  9. I panicked when I didn’t lose weight the first week too. I had a hard time with any fluids the first few days and wasn’t really able to drink much of the protein until the 5th day. You can sip on it. Do try to get it down in 15 min. In the beginning the water was more important and with so so little hydration I mostly survived on rehydration, zero Gatorade. The 5th day post op I was able to get more of the protein in. The isoprene clear protein mix was a box help with that. Not nearly as thick and rich as the premier type shakes.
