    I had a bit too much hummus I think it was week 3 at the beginning of the soft foods stage and didn't vomit but had all the other symptoms within like 20-30 mins. Havent had it with anything else thankfully [emoji3478].     Not sure if this is a stupid question, but do you guys usually wait to drink after eating cream soup or broth? I'm 11 days post op and like 2-3 days ago I ate/drank broth a bit too quickly and I felt nauseated. I've had a very good experience very little neausea and have been hitting my water and protein goals. TIA
