Hi there. Thanks for your reply! I had to attend 2 meetings in May and I have been waiting for my first appointment since then! So, I have not started anything yet. I hope to have my surgery within 6 months of my appointment on 09/10. Good Luck to you with your upcoming surgery! Robyn

Hi there! I posted in the wrong area, I meant to post my information in this folder as I will be going through UMASS Worcester's Weight Center. I have my first "intake" appointment scheduled for 9/12/08 and I can't wait!! I attended both the meetings in May and I have had to wait until September for my first appointment! I guess there are lots of people that are interested. :smile2: I would love to hear about people's experiences at UMASS with the hospital and the staff. I am 32 years old, live in the Worcester area and my BMI is around 47, Yikes! I would LOVE to chat with other people going through the program at UMASS. Hi there.... I am new to this website, it's great!! I have started researching WLS since February 2008. I finally have my first "intake" appointment in a couple weeks to start my journey towards the Lapband. I am here to learn from others and hopefully make some friends along the way!!
